Today I found 32 cents . . . 3 dimes & 2 pennies.

The first 11 cents (one dime & one penny) were found as I walked in the downtown area this afternoon. I also headed into my office and near the front door of the building I found another 21 cents (two dimes & one penny).

Today I found 11 cents . . . 1 nickel & 6 pennies.

Almost all of my change was found at various public transportation spots around the city. The nickel was found in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant. A few random pennies were found in the gutters along the street.

Today I found 10 cents . . . 1 nickel & 5 pennies.

The nickel was my first find of the day. It was found sitting in some muck in a gutter. I was walking to do laundry at the time that it was discovered.

This afternoon I headed over to the grocery store and along the way stopped in at a car wash. There I found five pennies scattered about on the ground.

Today I found 63 cents . . . 2 nickels, 2 quarters, and 3 pennies.

The first penny was found as I walked down to the Haymarket Farmers Market from North Station this evening. It was at the base of a parking meter.

While down at Haymarket I found 61 cents (two nickels, two quarters, and one penny). First I found 30 cents (one nickel & one quarter) at the base of a fruit stand. About five minutes later I found 31 cents (one nickel, one quarter, one penny) at the base of another fruit stand.

The final find of the day, a penny, was found at the base of a parking meter along Washington St.

The penny was my first find this morning and I picked it up from the ground in front of a Dunkin Donuts stand at North Station. The dime was found this afternoon, and it was also picked up in North Station, this time outside a ticket window.

Today I found 26 cents . . . 1 nickel & 21 pennies.

Two pennies were found on the staircase in my apartment, two were found at North Station, and one was found on a sidewalk. The remaining change was found tossed on the ground by a change counting machine at my local credit union. The coins were fairly beat up and were clearly rejects, but their days of rejection were over and I have given them a happy home.

All were found this afternoon as I ventured out and headed over to 7-11 to get a drink. Two pennies were found on the walk there and two were found on the way back.

Today I found 4 cents . . . all pennies. I also found two car wash tokens, which sadly will not count toward the daily totals.

After taking some change into my office I headed out to the Market Basket, a newly discovered grocery store, with great prices, in Somerville. Along the way I stopped at a car wash and found all of my change.

It was at the car wash where I also found the two car wash tokens. Although they will not count toward the daily totals both have already been deposited into my "Not Change Cup," keeper of such found items.

Today I found 6 cents . . . all pennies. Change was found in three states; Massachusetts, Conneticut, and New York.

As this is a three day weekend for me I decided to spend Saturday by taking the Chinatown Bus from Boston to New York. The round trip only costs $30 and I figured for that price it was worth it to go spend the day in New York.

Leaving from South Station in Boston I found a penny on the actual bus before it pulled out. In New York I found three cents scattered about the city (all on sidewalks). On the way back we stopped for a rest in Conneticut at a Burger King and there I found two cents. One penny was in the parking lot and the other was inside the store by the front counter.

Today I found 20 cents . . . both dimes. Change was found in New Hampshire.

Yesterday I spent the day in Maine, today it was New Hampshire. I have an office up there and was there this morning for a meeting. In the lobby of the building is a vending machine and it was there that I found both dimes. One was on the floor by the machine base and the other was under the machine.

Today I found 46 cents . . . 4 nickels, 1 dime, and 16 pennies.

I had to drive to Maine this morning for work. On the way back I stopped at a car wash along the way (just outside of Boston) and found all of my change. The car wash ususally doesn't have that much and I almost didn't stop because it was so late. However, I did stop, and I'm glad that I did.

Today I found 10 cents . . . all pennies.

This morning I decided to do some laundry and I found three pennies at various spots along the sidewalk and in the street as I was attending to my laundry. I found another five pennies while in Cambridge, where Becca and I met some friends for lunch. My final two pennies came on the way home, where I stopped at a gas station to purchase some winshield wiper fluid.

Today I found 34 cents . . . 2 dimes & 14 pennies.

It was a busy Saturday and change was found all over the place. The exact locations escape me at the moment, but the amount is certainly correct. Becca had some work today, but in the evening we went to Cambridge and met some friends for dinner. Change was found in the afternoon as I went to lunch, on the way to Cambridge, at a car wash in Cambridge, at a grocery store, and on the way home.

It wasn't until this afternoon that I found my first penny. It was located in the cafateria at work, on the floor and in close proximity to a cash register. On the way home I found four cents (all pennies, of course) sitting by a T ticket machine at the New England Medical Center T stop.

For the second day in a row I found the exact same amount of change, in the same denomination.

The quarter was found in the coin return slot of a change counting machine at Stop-and-Shop, was were two pennies. The final two pennies were found at checkout lines at different grocery stores.
