Today I found 68 cents . . . 3 nickels, 1 dime, 1 quarter, and 18 pennies (The Grand Change Cycle). I also found a token from Chuck E. Cheese, which sadly will not count toward the daily totals.

The vast majority of the day’s change was found at the car wash next to the post office. I also recorded finds in the parking lot of a Wells Fargo bank and at a Wal-Mart. I would be remiss if I did not mention that the quarter that I found was a 2007 Idaho model, the first such Idaho coin I have seen.

The Chuck E. Cheese token, which sadly will not count toward the daily totals, was found at the car wash next to the post office. Although the token has no cash value it has already been deposited into my “Not Change Cup,” keeper of such found items.
