Today I found 52 cents . . . 2 nickel, 1 dime, 1 quarter, and 7 pennies (the Breathtaking Change Cycle).

It rained most of the day and I was fairly busy so I just had the chance to stop by JR’s Car Wash, the car wash next to my apartment, on the way home. There I found one penny. It lay in the bay of a car wash station.

In the evening I wasn’t feeling good about my lack of change so I went out and hit the always-reliable Al Gator’s Car Wash. There I found 51 cents (two nickels, one dime, one quarter, and six pennies). All the change, less one penny, was sitting in a muddy pile by a vacuum cleaner.
