Today I found $1.66 . . . 3 dimes, 5 quarters, and 11 pennies.

I was downtown this afternoon for lunch and on my way back to my car I checked the base of parking meters and found 27 cents (two dimes & seven pennies). On the way home from work I found a dime in the road at a stoplight and I stopped by the Kwick Kar Wash and found three cents. Later in the day I stopped at JR’s Car Wash, the car wash next to my apartment complex, and found $1.26 (five quarters & one penny). The penny was on the ground and the five quarters were on a ledge in a car wash station.
