Today I found 67 cents . . . 2 dimes, 1 quarter, and 22 cents.

Today was one of those sad days where I actually had to go into my office. On the way into work I visited a Sonic I had neglected for some time and promptly found 29 cents (one quarter & four pennies). A Taco Bell drive-thru next door gave up 11 cents (one dime & one penny) to the cause. In the work parking lot I found one cent while walking from my car to the office.

After work parking lots contributed to the day’s finds, one cent at Willowbrook Mall and one at a nearby KFC. Three cents were found in the parking lot at a Chevron gas station, two by a vacuum cleaner and one by a gas pump. Next door there was a Whataburger where 14 cents (one dime & four pennies) were waiting for me in the drive-thru. My final stop of the evening was at the reliable Kwick Kar Wash, a place that I have left idle for too long. Obviously, the Kwick Kar Wash was bitter over the neglect, as I was only awarded seven cents (all pennies) for my scavenging efforts.
